JAMÓN (ham): Ibérico pork ham, salt, sugar, acidity regulator (E-331iii), preservatives (E-250 and E-252), antioxidant (E-301).
LOMO (loin): Ibérico pork loin, salt, paprika, sugar, spices, preservatives (E-250 and E-252), and antioxidant (E-301).
CHORIZO: Ibérico lean pork, salt, paprika, dextrin, pork proteins, dextrose, spices, acidity regulator (E-331iii), antioxidant (E-31), preservatives (E-252).
SALCHICHÓN: Ibérico lean pork, salt, sugars (lactose and sucrose), dextrin, milk and soy proteins, spices, emulsifiers (E-450i, E-450ii and E-450iii), antioxidants (E-300 and E-316), preservatives (E-250 and E-252), flavour enhancer (E-621), stabiliser (E-575) and colouring agent (E-120).
